YC Self-Polishing Antifouling Plus

SELF-POLISHING ANTIFOULING PLUS is a self-renewing antifouling approved for use in Dutch waters (15406N). Due to its self-renewing effect, the antifouling maintains a bio-active surface throughout its entire lifespan without building up thick layers over the years.

This antifouling is suitable for application on the underwater hull of both sailing and motorboats in fresh and saltwater. It can be applied on substrates made of polyester, wood, and steel, but it should not be used on aluminum. A new layer of antifouling can be directly applied over an old layer, and ANTIFOULING PLUS is compatible with most other antifouling systems.

Application and Usage:

• Application: With a brush or paint roller
• Thinning: Maximum 10% with ANTIFOULING THINNER
• Coverage: Approximately 10 m² per liter
• Application temperature: Minimum +5°C
• Recoat time: Minimum 5 hours at 20°C, no maximum limit
• Drying time before launching: Minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months
