Gelcoat Repair Kit VT

The Gelcoat Repair Kit VT is ideal for repairing small gelcoat damages in both above-water and underwater areas. The complete set includes 180g of water-resistant gelcoat, 20g of CHP hardener, sandpaper, tape, a spatula, self-releasing film, and a detailed instruction manual.

For fine cracks, deep scratches, and small damages in the outer layer of a polyester hull, the underlying laminate must be protected again with gelcoat to prevent water infiltration. Water or moisture that enters could, over time, compromise the strength of the laminate.
