Product Description

Epoxy Fine Filler is a fast-drying, two-component epoxy filler that creates an exceptionally smooth surface with a very high-quality finish. This fine filler is particularly easy to sand and ensures a surface with a minimal number of pores. It is ideal for the fine finishing of surfaces and for the repair and covering of various materials, both in above-water and underwater areas. Epoxy Fine Filler is solvent-free and offers excellent water resistance and sanding properties.

Applications

• Universally applicable for all types of filler work in above-water and underwater areas.
• Suitable for boat materials such as polyester, steel, aluminum, and non-working wood.
• Polyester, steel, and aluminum substrates should be pre-treated with a two-component epoxy primer such as YC Epoxy Primer.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place
• Shelf Life: 12 months
• Potlife: approx. 20 minutes at 20°C
• Curing: Fully loadable after 12 hours at 20°C, light sanding possible after 6 hours at 20°C
• Mixing Ratio: Base : Hardener 2:1 by volume
• Standard Layer Thickness: Up to 500 µm per layer
